Hi,
My name is Travis Terracall, and I am the mediator at FORGEPOINT Mediation. Alongside my mediation practice, I continue to work as an employed solicitor, which allows me to bring a current and practical understanding of the realities, pressures, and complexities faced by practitioners and clients when disputes arise.
By background, I began my working life as a tradie, before completing extensive study inbusiness and finance and later qualifying as a lawyer. This pathway has given me strong commercial sense, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and an ability to communicate effectively across professions.
I place a strong emphasis on being readily available to travel, particularly for rural and regional mediations, and I strongly value the effectiveness of in-person mediations where circumstances permit.

Australia Wide
Full Day Mediations: $2,650 + GST (up to 8 hours)
Split Fee: $1,325 + GST (when party’s sharing equally)
Half Day Mediations: $1,650 + GST (up to 4 hours)
Split Fee: $825 + GST (when party’s sharing equally)
Saturday/ Sunday Surcharge: $700 + GST (in addition to the above)
Venue hire is not included in the above – and needs to be arranged by the parties
Travel (if required) is not included in the above – cost pending location of mediation
